In it she gives the overview of the practice, a verbal transmission of the text, and practical instructions on how to perform this simple ceremony. This practice is traditionally done at the beginning of a new year and is especially important for those who hold Treasure Vases, as it is used to re-consecrate the vases at the beginning of each year. Khandro goes over the materials needed and explains each step. It ends with a performance of the ritual in which you can join along.
